恐れるな。
わたしはあなたとともにいる。

たじろぐな。
わたしがあなたの神だから。

わたしはあなたを強め、
あなたを助け、
わたしの義の右の手で、
あなたを守る。

イザヤ書41:10

聖書には「恐れるな」
という言葉が365回も出てくるそう😳

それって、一年365日
毎日神様が「恐れるな！」「恐れるな！」って
声をかけてくださってるってことでは？

私たちは毎日毎日
何かしら恐れてる

人にどう思われるか、とか

失敗したら　どうしよう、
人に拒絶されたら　どうしよう　とか

病気のことやら、お金のことやら、

数えたら　
もうキリがないくらい
たくさんのおそれが
自分の中にも、　
外にもいっぱい

恐れるな・Fear Not （箴言41:10)


そんな時は
恐れにフォーカスするんじゃなくて、
イエス様に目を向ける

それは恐れを無視して
恐れてないふりをするのではなく

その恐れの出どころを
見極めて


その上で


一緒にいてくださるという
神様の約束に
心を向ける
恐れるな・Fear Not （箴言41:10)


ってことなのかな
と、思う今日この頃です😊


この作品は　プラ板にアルコールインクで色をつけて、
文字や絵を白抜きするように　ポスカの白で塗って作りました♡

階段を上ったところの壁にかけてあって
2階に上がるたびに目に入るから

絶好のリマインダーです！


“Fear not, 
for I am with you; 
be not dismayed, for I am your God; 
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
 I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
(Isaiah 41:10)

It’s often said that there are 365 instances of “Fear not” in the Bible.
, suggesting that the Bible tells us "Fear not" every single day of the year!


Perhaps this is because fear is a constant in our lives.
 We all have fears to some degree ---
 fear of what others think of you, 
fear of illness, fear of losing jobs or homes,
 fear of failure or rejection.


I created a piece of artwork to remind myself that there is no need to be afraid. 

I started by sanding the surface of a sheet of shrink plastic with sandpaper, 
then colored it with alcohol inks. Once it dried, I drew letters, a bird, flowers, and leaves on it, and finally colored the background with a white pen.

My husband scanned and printed it for me, 
and I plan to sell it on my webshop on BASE.

 I hope that my artwork will help others remember that
 as long as we are with Jesus, there is nothing to fear.

主は私の羊飼い。　私は、乏しいことがありません。 主は私を緑の牧場に伏させ、 いこいの水のほとりに伴われる。 詩篇２３篇1~2 羊は臆病なくせに、頑固者なんですって。 そういえばニュージーランドで乗馬してた時、 頑として動かない羊たちに　とうせんぼされたことがあったっけ😆 そのくせ戦って自分を守るほど強くはなく・・・ すぐ迷子になっちゃうらしい でも羊飼いと一緒にいれば大丈夫！ 私たちも、イエス様と一緒にいれば　安心・安全！心配なし！ The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, Psalm 23:1~2 I drew this picture inspired by Psalms 23.  I depicted green pastures with small dots and quiet waters with light blue asterisks  by using 0.25 to 0.28mm ballpoint pens. I didn't make a draft except for a lamb.  Lambs are not strong at all,  but they are safe as long as they stay with their shepherd. Likewise, we are safe when we are with Jesus even though we're weak.  That's what I want to express through this artwork.

Just Do It! 　/ とにかく やんなよ！

とにかく　やんなよ! もうすぐ夏休みも終わり 子供の頃（中学生になっても） 泣きそうになりながら 最後の 三日間 で宿題をやってた頃を思い出す そのたびに 「来年こそは、絶対毎日計画的に宿題やる！」 と、心に誓うのに 結局　また最後の三日間、 ほとんど徹夜の日々。。。 気の進まないこと、 面倒くさいことは 後回しグセ😅 今でも基本　後回し 頭のどっかで 「やんなきゃな〜」 「後で大変な目に遭うよ〜」 というアラームは鳴り続けてる でも聞こえないふり 聞こえないふり🙉 それで本当に後で大変な思いをする 「講演のパワーポイント資料が全然できてない〜」 「あさって海外に行くのに、スーツケース空っぽ〜」 そこで　お決まりの 「 最後の三日間大作戦 」が展開される💦 なんでだろ？ 一旦始めさえすれば、まぁまぁ進めるのに 始めるまでの腰の重さは 超重量級である　 改めて考えてみるに、 たぶん　その過程で起こりそうな 面倒くさい　あのこと、このことをなどなど 考えてるうちに、 すっかり気がそがれちゃうんじゃないだろーか そんな自分に向けて はっぱをかけるメッセージ Just Do It! 「うだうだ考えてないで、とにかく始めてみなよ！」 額に入れて、目につくところに飾ってみた。 この絵を見て やる気スイッチが入ることを 願うばかり😆 *********************************************************** I drew this picture for myself.  It says, ...

In Christ.♡ キリストの愛の中で

大きなふわっふわっのクッションみたいな 神様の愛に包まれて ほわわ〜んとリラックス〜 そんな思いを込めて作りました♡ I made a mixed-medium art piece.  This time I used washi-tape and watercolor pencils.
 I wanted to depict that everyone who believes in Christ is in Christ  and surrounded by God's love.   God's  love is like a huge cushion that will catch us no matter what happens. So we don't have to try hard to gain God's love. Becase we are already loved. 
All we need to do is to throw ourselves on it as we are.  And  just relaxing and enjoying the softness and warmth  of the cushion surrounding us. マスキングテープをちぎってまーるく貼って 周りを水彩色鉛筆で ほんわか　神様の愛 I cut each piece of washi-tape by hand and shaped it into a circle. 真ん中に　誰を寝かせよう？ 人、うさぎ、ねこちゃん、いろいろ描いてみた　 I initially intended to create a human shape,  but I ended up crafting rabbits and cats instead.
